My professional journey began with a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, followed by a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. I later undertook a Level 5 Diploma in Working Therapeutically with Children and Young People, and completed training in Wild Therapy, deepening my nature-based therapeutic work.
I’ve supported individuals in a variety of settings, including:
I am fully insured and a registered member of a professional counselling body. I also hold a Level 3 Certificate in Safeguarding and Protecting Vulnerable People.
I work from a Person-Centred, Humanistic, and Relational foundation. I believe that many of the answers we seek are already within us, and that therapy can help create the conditions for those answers to emerge.
My role is not to fix or diagnose, but to walk beside you—with care, presence, and curiosity—as you explore your inner world. I aim to foster a space of unconditional acceptance, where you can feel safe enough to speak freely, feel deeply, and move toward healing.
"Therapy is not about changing who you are—it’s about uncovering who you already are beneath the layers."
