How I Deliver Therapy

  • Face-to-face sessions in a rural private therapy room or outdoor setting
  • Short- or long-term therapy, depending on your needs
  • Time-limited or open-ended approaches
  • Sessions tailored to support your individual pace and process

Our First Session

Your first session is a gentle introduction - a chance to meet, hear a little about your story, and see whether we’re a good fit. I also offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to help you decide whether you'd like to move forward.

Location

My therapy room is located in a peaceful area between Saltash, Liskeard, and Torpoint, offering calm and privacy in a rural setting. The space is warm and welcoming, with views of surrounding greenery. Outdoor sessions can be held in a private garden adjacent to the therapy room when appropriate.

Professional Memberships & Insurance

I am a registered member of an accredited professional counselling register and hold full insurance for both indoor and outdoor talking therapy.
